M L Estates was founded in 1994 by Margaret Lanty, who, after 14 years experience with both independent and corporate estate agencies, predominantly at managerial level, decided she would be better suited to running her own business. Here she could champion her own unique brand of Estate Agency, based simply upon providing personalised service with the emphasis on attention to every detail at all stages of the pre and post sales negotiations - something sadly lacking in many agencies. In 2006 Margaret's daughter Michelle Blight and her business partner Caroline Sewell took over the business to continue building on its success.

Michelle says "I understand very well that buying, selling and letting a home can be a very stressful and anxious time therefore, I have built around me a hand picked team of experienced and dedicated staff who together from our two branch offices, provide all the essential ingredients to ensure that the problems associated with selling, buying and letting your home are kept to an absolute minimum."
